Eligibility and Rules:
All wrestlers must be no older than 5 on December 31, 2009. Must present proof of age if required.
Bouts will be 3 one-minute periods for 5 year olds, three 45-second periods for 4 year olds, and three 30-second periods for 3 year olds. Three year olds will be restricted to two bouts. If a wrestler is pinned, the referee will ask that wrestler’s coach if he would like to continue. A second pin ends the match. At the conclusion of all matches the referee will raise the hand of both wrestlers. The emphasis is on wrestling and not winning. Mats will be divided diagonally. The center line is out of bounds. No overtime will be wrestled. Ties are the perfect way to end these matches. Four wrestler brackets: round robin.
Individual Awards: All wrestlers will receive a medal and a T-shirt. No place finishes will be awarded.
Weigh-ins: 5:30 – 6:00 PM February 20, 2010. All wrestlers will weigh in dressed to wrestle. (Wrestling shoes & singlets are not required; socks, shorts and t-shirt are fine.)
Arrive no earlier than 5pm - Pairings: 6pm - Wrestling begins 6:20pm - All times are approximate.
Food and Drink: Light Concessions will be available.

FROM EAST OR WEST:
- I-70 to Hagerstown exit 32B (40W)
- Turn right at the third traffic light onto Eastern Blvd.
- Continue on Eastern through 8 traffic lights. You will pass the YMCA, Ashley Furniture, McDonalds, and two schools until you come to Route 11 – Pennsylvania Ave.
- Turn left onto 11 S –Pennsylvania Ave.
- Go through 2 lights
- North Hagerstown High School is on your left.
- Take next left after going through the second traffic light. As you enter school property you will come to 2 forks in the road. Go left at the first and right at the second.
FROM NORTH OR SOUTH:
- 81 to exit 6A (40E).
- Turn left at the sixth traffic light onto Burhans Blvd. Continue North on Burhans. Burhans will merge into Pennsylvania Ave. (Large grocery store on your left.) You will pass tennis courts on your right, turn right into the Entrance of North Hagerstown High School.
- As you enter school property you will come to 2 forks in the road. Go left at the first and right at the second.
PARKING:
Parking is available in the front and side of the school. Overflow parking is available by going all the way around to the left of the school and parking behind the gym. Please do not park along any red curbs. You may be towed!!! Please only park in designated spots. Enter building thru the front or main entrance.
Smoking
There is no smoking allowed on Washington County school property at any time.

Additional T-shirts may be ordered in advance of the tournament. Each T-shirt is $10.00. Orders must be received by February 10,2010. No extra T-shirts will available for purchase the day of the tournament.
